Yossi Avital, 

I founded and managed Delphi Analytics Consulting and Change Management starting in 2022, upon my retirement from the Israel Electric Company Ltd, as a member of corporate management and Deputy Vice President of Human Resource Planning and Development, in the human resources division, and as PMO of organizational change in the years 2018-2021 as part of industry reform in the electrical  power sector.

I have a diverse academic and professional education: Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Statistics from Haifa University and Master's degree (M.A) in the Executive Program for Public Policy and Human Resources from Haifa University, graduate of an information systems analysis course, graduate of a senior management course in human resources at Tel Aviv University.

 

Delphi Analytics is engaged in consulting and management of strategic and organizational change.
